We will endeavour to post your item(s) via Royal Mail within three working days of receipt of your order, provided monies have cleared and the items requested are in stock. If for some reason items are not in stock we will contact you to let you know when the item will arrive and make sure we get them to you ASAP. Postage is being charged at a flat rate of £3.50

We are working in partnership with a great local business, The Velo House Cafe, to offer a quick and free CLICK AND COLLECT service in Tunbridge Wells. The perfect place to take time out from your busy day. Items will be available to collect the day after you receive the email confirming your order has been COMPLETED. Your package will be held for 7 days. Please note that the staff are able to take any returns but not field any queries regarding your order. Any questions must be directed to

Returns Policy

We hope that you will love your items but if for any reason you want to return any of them then you can do so, as long as the items have not been worn and can be returned with all packaging, including a copy of the invoice number. All items need to be in a re-saleable condition, and returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item(s) but we do recommend that you return the goods via Recorded Delivery. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund any items that are lost in transit back to us. If the item you have received is faulty we will also refund postage and the cost of your return postage.

On receipt of your parcel we will inspect the returned item and notify you of your refund/replacement or exchange via email. This is usually done within 5 working days of receiving your return. We are a small business so during busy periods, please allow up to 21 days for your return to be received and processed.

It is advisable to email us at and type RETURN in the Subject Heading and detail what you are returning in the main body of the email, along with the date you have returned it and your contact details so that we can keep an eye out for it.


Should you be requiring a refund then this will be issued via the original method of payment and in accordance with the terms set out in this policy. Please note: if your original payment card has expired since making the first purchase, please provide us with your new card’s expiry date only. Please do not send any other card details.


If you wish to exchange your item for a different size please drop us an email at and type EXCHANGE in the Subject Heading. In the main body of the email please advise the original order reference and the size you wish to change it for; we will check stock status and confirm that we have your size available. Once we have received the original item in perfect condition as set out above then we can send out your new order. For any returns queries please email
