Ordering Online
Royal Mail will be used for all standard online postal deliveries and charged at a flat rate of £3.50. Please note that currently we will only be able to deliver within the UK. A free Click and Collect Service is also available from The Velo Cafe, 5 St John’s Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 9TN. Please see Delivery and Returns for more information.
How to place an order
We hope you find the process of ordering your items online simple and efficient. Identify the item(s) you are looking to purchase, highlight the size and quantity required and add to trolley. Once you are ready to check out simply follow the instructions for payment as set out by the payment partner.
Personal and confidential information
When you place an order with us we need to ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, phone number and credit and debit card details. As we use a third party payment supplier we do not see or keep any financial data of our customers. If you contact us directly via email then we will require a contact telephone number and email address in order to deal with your enquiry. All this information is required to process your request. The Just Dance Shop does not use this information for anything other than contacting you in regard to your purchase and/or query. We never share our customers details with any third parties.
Ordering by phone
Unfortunately at this moment in time we will not be able take any orders over the phone.
Cancelling an order
We understand that sometimes an order needs to be cancelled. In the event that you would like to cancel your order please email shop@justdanceuk.co.uk and type ORDER CANCELLATION in the Subject Heading. Please advise your invoice reference, your name and contact number within the main body of the email. We will endeavour to cancel the order. If, however, the order has been dispatched then please follow the process in the Returns Policy.
Colour Disclaimer
There are many many differences in screen resolutions and sizes etc, and so sometimes the colours can vary from device to device. We have tried to make our colour depiction as true to style as possible but please be aware that screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
Taxes
Prices on Just Dance Shop include UK VAT where applicable.
Payment
The Just Dance Shop accepts Mastercard, Visa and all other major debit cards. For your security and ease we have opted to use industry standard pay channels STRIPE and PAYPAL. The card issuer will perform the required verification checks and only once the payment has been processed will we issue the order. In the event of a card refusal, we will not be liable for non-delivery or delay.
PayPal Payments
Please note that you will be charged straight away for the whole value of the order. This is also the case of items which are pre-ordered which you will not receive straight away or with the rest of the in-stock items.
Security
The security, integrity and confidentiality of your information is extremely important to us. We have implemented technical, administrative and physical security measures that are designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use and modification. We use secure and encrypted connections to protect all of your personal information.
Information in regards to credit card details is handled by approved service providers that are in compliance with the PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards and have appropriate safeguards in place.

We may hold your personal information in either electronic or hard copy form. If you provide information to us electronically we retain this information in our computer systems and databases. This includes computer software programs, internet servers and hosted internet solutions provided by third parties.
