Just Dance Terms and Conditions
1. General
Medical Conditions: It is your responsibility to inform Just Dance of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the commencement of each term or class.
Behavioural Expectations: Just Dance reserves the right to exclude any participant from classes or premises if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
Contact Details: Ensure that Just Dance has up-to-date contact information for you and any authorized individuals responsible for picking up your child.
Class Cancellations: In the event of class cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, Just Dance will endeavour to reschedule the affected class.
Unforeseen Events: Just Dance will make every effort to run classes as scheduled. However, the company and teachers are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as fire, flood, storms, snow, power cuts, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, or government action. In such cases, refunds will not be provided, but we will try to reschedule any missed classes.
Accuracy of Information: You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and agree to promptly inform Just Dance of any changes.
Liability: Just Dance does not accept liability for personal injuries sustained during classes or related activities. Participation is at your own risk.
2. Fees and Payments
Payment Setup: Payment is by a monthly subscription, which is taken on the 15th of every month. Your place is secure once you book and pay online. Failure to do so means the place is available for another to secure.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel your child's place in a class, please provide one month's notice via email to info@jdance.co.uk. Notice periods are calculated from the 15th of each month.
Examples:
Notice given on 15th January → Last class on 15th February
Notice given on 5th January → Last class on 15th February
Notice given on 16th January → Last class on 15th March
Missed Classes: No credits or refunds will be issued for missed classes. Additionally, future classes cannot be transferred to a sibling or exchanged for other sessions.
Deposits: Any deposits paid are non-refundable.
3. Class Administration
Teacher Assignments: Just Dance may change the assigned teacher for any class without prior notice.
Venue Changes: Class venues may be changed. Just Dance will provide as much notice as possible. If you do not agree to the changes, the normal notice period will not apply.
Class Attendance: Participants are required to book online into the class they wish to attend. This ensures accurate attendance records and adherence to venue capacity limits. If you have not booked in advance, your child will be unable to participate.
Miss and Make Up Program: Students may attend makeup classes for any missed regular sessions, up to a maximum of 3 times per term. To schedule a makeup class, please review the timetable for a class that aligns with the one missed. Once you've found a suitable makeup class, email us at info@jdance.co.uk to check we have availability.
Teacher Qualifications: Teachers may use a hands-on approach to help students understand corrections, always with the student’s consent. All teachers are fully qualified, DBS-checked, trained in Safeguarding, and First Aid certified.
4. Online and On-Demand Classes
Assumption of Risk: Participation in online or pre-recorded classes is at your own risk. Just Dance is not responsible for any injuries or losses incurred.
Safety Measures: Ensure a clear, safe space for participation. Perform exercises within your limits and avoid participation if you have existing injuries.
5. Modifications and Updates
Terms Modification: Just Dance reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Service Changes: Just Dance may modify class content, schedules, or pricing. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.
By participating in Just Dance classes, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
