Adults's ballet classes

Experience a unique whole body workout with Ballet – you can improve your muscle tone, flexibility and posture.

Come and try Ballet in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our ballet classes suit dancers of all abilities – no experience necessary. As well as learning technique and working hard, we like to ensure that all our dancers have fun!

After the class, we also provide the opportunity to stay to do 15 minutes of pointe work.
